Diego Chaparro, founder of I❤️Choripán, is a chef with more than 15 years of culinary experience. His training in Argentina awakened his appreciation for the traditional flavors of choripán and chimichurri. Inspired by that culinary identity, he introduced to Vancouver a 100% artisanal product crafted with technique, care, and carefully selected ingredients.
